Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative in our International Voice Process, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer support to our global clientele.

You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience during US business hours. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team.

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise Sales.
Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
Presales and postsales follow up.
Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
Handling outbound calls in a professional manner.
Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Escalating customer feedback as required.
