    Roles and Responsibility

  • Building and managing the community on company's App.
  • Develop and implement creative content strategies toengage and grow the community of students on the company app.
  • Innovating, ideating, and executing creative campaignsand activities that increase user engagement and retention.
  • Keeping up with the latest trends in social media andmarketing.
  • Analyze and report on community engagement and growth,providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brandconsistency and effective messaging.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in social mediaand community management.

    • Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months - 1 year of experience in communitymanagement, social media, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A fun-loving individual who is full of energy and willnot shy away from speaking to a crowd.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and communitymanagement tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improvecommunity engagement.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop and executeinnovative campaigns.
