    • We assist corporates, colleges, and government entities in fostering resilient communities.
    • We collaborate with renowned corporates like CK Birla Group, UpGrad, and esteemed educational institutions such as IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIM Bangalore, among others.
    • Our approach to holistic emotional wellness revolves around Awareness, Training, and Individual Counseling.
    • We engage with our partners through awareness sessions, self-help tools, personalized counseling, and organizational diagnostic reports.
    • Our comprehensive services include Product-Led Engagement, Assessments, 24x7 Access to Qualified Therapists, Leadership Programs, Manager Training, and more.
    • Having served over 500 clients, including Corporates, Educational Institutions, and Government organizations, we have counseled over 20 lakh individuals to date.

    • We are seeking innovative individuals capable of designing content, events, and programs rooted in human psychology to engage our users.

    Content Creation:

    Develop captivating content tailored for social media, newsletters, and various communication platforms.

    • Maintain a consistent tone, messaging, and brand voice across different channels.
    • Event Management: Strategize and organize online and offline events to enhance community interaction.
    • These events may include webinars, workshops, meetups, and seminars.
    • Assessments and Activities: Create simple yet impactful assessments and activities to promote personal growth and self-improvement among your audience.

    Help Programs:

    Devise structured programs to guide individuals in fostering positive habits and enhancing their well-being.

    • These programs should provide practical steps and resources for the participants.

    Collaboration with Marketing Teams:

    Work closely with different marketing and communication teams to brainstorm innovative ideas and strategies for promoting YourDOST's initiatives.

    • Research and Writing: Conduct comprehensive research using primary and secondary sources to enrich content creation.
    • Produce well-researched articles, whitepapers, and even books on topics relevant to YourDOST's audience.
    • Copywriting: Create compelling copy for headlines, email subject lines, posters, campaigns, and promotional materials.
    • Ensure that the copy is attention-grabbing and consistent with the brand's messaging.
    • With a wide array of responsibilities, maintaining organization and efficient time management is key.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and user feedback to refine strategies and content offerings to better serve YourDOST's audience.
    • Strong knowledge or background in psychology/coaching
    • Highly creative (especially essential for this role - other skills can be developed with time or assistance)
    • Demonstrated creativity during college or previous work, particularly in events, activities, and content creation.

    Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (5-day work week).
