Primary Responsibilities:


  • Accurately update existing and/or create new documentation based on business partner requirements
  • Perform content review of existing documentation to improve usability
  • Obtain business partner signoff on all documentation
  • Publish/post documentation to appropriate repository
  • Convert document to required templates
  • Review & write documentation (SOP/PI's) for clarity, content, and consistency with established department standards and ensure compliance with business rules
  • Key KRA will be Measurement & Evaluation of training, quality & processing speed
  • Collaborate with Senior Documentation staff and/or business partners for instruction, guidance, or direction
  • Proactively manage task assignments or documentation projects to due dates, and report status
  • Facilitate small to midsize documentation efforts
  • Organize and facilitate meetings to review, resolve conflict with, and/or approve documentation, and report status
  • Negotiating solutions, resolving conflicts and anticipating/handling critical situations
  • Make recommendations for content/format improvements/optimization
  • Make recommendations for department or business partner process improvements/optimization
  • Perform research required to update/develop documentation
  • Publish documentation according to established protocol
  • Assist leadership with business issue resolution
  • Meet or exceed established business MBOs of quality and speed to delivery

  • Understand the client requirements & vision and aligning Documentation effort with client's vision
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or reassignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:


  • Experience of working in Grammarly Tool
  • Foundational level of technical writing experience required (Policy and Procedure Documentation or Standard Operating Procedures, User Manuals, etc.)
  • MSWORD
  • MSEXCEL
  • VISIO
  • Foundational experience with HTML, Dreamweaver will be preferred
  • Proficiency in English Grammar

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • BA in English or other communicationsbased program
  • Technical Communications/Writing Course
  • Instructional Writing Experience
  • SOPs
  • Job Aid's
  • Policies and Procedures
  • Familiarity with APA Writing Guidelines
  • Experience of working with US based clients
