    ### About the Job

    Our client is in search of a dynamic Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead financial strategy and operations across all their group companies. This pivotal role is based in Ahmedabad, and reports to the MD.

    ### Key Result Areas

    Enhance financial systems and controls to ensure efficiency and compliance across the group.

    Manage comprehensive budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management for operations and expansions.

    Develop accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining stringent compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Lead strategic financial planning for expansions and new ventures, including preparations for a highly anticipated IPO in 4-5 years.

    ### Must-Have Criteria for Selection

    Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad.

    Experience between 20-30 years.

    Must hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

    At least 3 years of experience in a CFO role with leadership responsibilities.

    Demonstrated tenure of at least 4 years per company.

    Experience managing a business turnover between INR crore.

    Prior engagement in a promoter-driven company for at least 5 years within the last decade.

    Ability to onboard within 30-45 days; buyout option available.
