Real Estate Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will:

Champion the sale of luxury apartments/homes/villas in exciting new developments across Mumbai.

Develop and nurture relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.

Conduct impactful property presentations that highlight unique features and benefits, sparking buyer interest and driving sales.

Navigate the sales process with expert guidance, from initial contact to successful closings.

Build strong relationships with internal teams including marketing, construction, and customer service to ensure a seamless buying experience.

Contribute to sales team strategies and initiatives, actively participating in discussions and collaborating on new ideas.

Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity, continuously seeking innovative ways to differentiate our offerings.

To thrive in this role, you'll possess:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with diverse individuals at all levels.

Strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms for both buyers and the company.

Time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in relevant CRM software and presentation tools.

A bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
