Position:
Logistics Specialist Experience: 6 months to 1 year in logistics or related field

Responsibilities:

Coordinate endtoend logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams for smooth transportation and timely delivery.
Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delivery issues or delays.
Optimize logistics operations to minimize costs while maintaining quality and service.
Manage inventory levels to meet customer demands.
Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, invoices, and customs clearance.
Evaluate logistics partners and vendors for compliance with service level agreements.
Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced logistics efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to shipping and delivery.
Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven 6 months to 1 year of logistics or supply chain management experience.
Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation, and warehousing principles.
Proficiency in logistics software and tracking systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking under pressure.
Effective communication skills to liaise with teams and partners.
Attention to detail for accurate documentation.
Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software is an advantage.
