Job requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. (English and Hindi)
- Listen actively to customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
- Problemsolving skills to effectively address customer concerns.
- Familiarity with CRM software and support tools.
- Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Have Accounting (Tally, ERP)related knowledge (Good to have)
Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
