Key Responsibilities:

Property Sales:
- Conduct property viewings and tours for potential buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions to meet or exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the buying process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster longterm relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Market Analysis and Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to advise clients effectively.
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify potential opportunities and areas for growth.
- Utilize market data and insights to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
Documentation and Legal Compliance:
- Prepare and review sales contracts, agreements, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to facilitate smooth transactions and closings.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, providing regular updates and feedback on their property search or sale process.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
6. Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate software/tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Pay:
₹208, ₹659,455.57 per year
