We are a leading UK-based Supermarket and Online E-commerce store having backing office operations and a Customer Service Team in India.

We are looking for smart and energetic people to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
should be experienced in 1 to 5 Yrs

Pre-requisites: Good communication skills, Analytical knowledge, Logical thinking, Customer Oriented Service:

Contacts will be from customers and ensure a superior customer experience.
Address customer queries in case of payment issues, and respond to other types of inquiries as well. Attention to detail.
Responsible to attend incoming Chat conversations and responds to inquires in a manner which meets quality and performance standards
Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
Coordinate with the coworkers, lead persons and other departments as appropriate

Job Types:
Full-time, Walk-In

Time : 10.00.A.M to 8.00.P.M

Salary:
₹15,000 to 17,000.00 per month
