    Vidyashilp University is seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to lead the Marketing and Brand Strategy division. The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping the university's brand identity and advancing its strategic goals.     Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership:

    • Lead the development and continuous refinement of the university's brand strategy, ensuring alignment with its mission, values, and academic offerings.
    • Drive the creation of innovative and differentiated brand identities for various academic programs and initiatives.
    • Contribute to the university's overall strategic planning process and collaborate with senior leadership on key initiatives and growth strategies.

    Brand Management:

    • Oversee the management and stewardship of the university's brand across all touchpoints, including print, digital, events, and experiential marketing.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness, perception, and affinity among target audiences, including prospective students, parents, alumni, and partners.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and stakeholder feedback to inform brand positioning and messaging.

    Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns to support enrollment, student recruitment, and engagement goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, digital content, advertising materials, and promotional campaigns.
    • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize campaign performance and return on investment.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members in setting goals, managing priorities, and executing projects effectively.
    • Promote professional development opportunities and career growth for team members within the marketing and communications field.

    Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Cultivate strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including academic departments, faculty members, industry partners, media outlets, and community organizations.
    • Represent the university at conferences, events, and networking opportunities to enhance its visibility and reputation in the education sector.
    • Collaborate with alumni relations and fundraising teams to leverage alumni networks and philanthropic support for marketing initiatives.

    Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
    • Monitor expenses, track performance metrics, and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership and stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing, branding, or communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, preferably in the education or nonprofit sector.
    • Strong understanding of branding principles, market research methodologies, and digital marketing technologies.
    • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of driving results, managing budgets, and delivering successful marketing campaigns that achieve measurable outcomes.
