**Position Responsibilities: - Manage a team of Longtail quoters (Business Development) who serve as the central point of contact for the assigned territory to quote and close our longtail renewal business.

  • Evaluate monthly and quarterly opportunities in Salesforce; ensure Salesforce is accurate and kept up to date; and provide accurate forecasts. Provide proactive notification of forecast changes.
  • Edit automated service quotes and ensure serial numbers and inprocess RMA's are accurately reflected.
  • Act as a liaison with all departments to close renewal deals quickly and ensure ease of doing business with Extreme
  • Ongoing maintenance and upkeep of Salesforce service data within your assigned territory
  • Selfmotivated and goal oriented to meet and exceed quarterly quotas
  • Responsible for forecasting business and tracking attainment to both forecast and plan. Including other KPIs to be determined.

Requirements:

  • 5 + Leadership Experience required and 10+ years Business Experience preferred
  • Business experience preferably in a Customer Support or Sales Support role
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
  • Inside Sales, Pre-Sales support preferred
  • Experience with Computer Networking technologies a bonus
  • Possess energetic and enthusiastic demeanor
  • BS/BA preferred
