- Evaluate monthly and quarterly opportunities in Salesforce; ensure Salesforce is accurate and kept up to date; and provide accurate forecasts. Provide proactive notification of forecast changes.
- Edit automated service quotes and ensure serial numbers and inprocess RMA's are accurately reflected.
- Act as a liaison with all departments to close renewal deals quickly and ensure ease of doing business with Extreme
- Ongoing maintenance and upkeep of Salesforce service data within your assigned territory
- Selfmotivated and goal oriented to meet and exceed quarterly quotas
- Responsible for forecasting business and tracking attainment to both forecast and plan. Including other KPIs to be determined.
Requirements:
- 5 + Leadership Experience required and 10+ years Business Experience preferred
- Business experience preferably in a Customer Support or Sales Support role
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
- Inside Sales, Pre-Sales support preferred
- Experience with Computer Networking technologies a bonus
- Possess energetic and enthusiastic demeanor
- BS/BA preferred
