  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Manager with a passion for real estate to join our team.

As a Pre-Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by effectively managing pre-sales activities, nurturing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement presales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct property tours, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase available real estate offerings.
  • Negotiate terms of sale, draft proposals, and manage the contract process to ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to inform decisionmaking.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management.

Requirements:


  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property types, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid real estate license preferred.

Salary:

₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
