We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Manager with a passion for real estate to join our team.

As a Pre-Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by effectively managing pre-sales activities, nurturing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement presales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Conduct property tours, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase available real estate offerings.
Negotiate terms of sale, draft proposals, and manage the contract process to ensure timely closure of deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to inform decisionmaking.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property types, and investment strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid real estate license preferred.

Salary:

₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
