    The Role

    As a Field Service Representative, you will work at a variety of labs, so having an appetite for continuously learning about new instruments, software, and consumables is key. Applying your interpersonal skills, creativity and can-do attitude is crucial. The ability to help with solving customer problems and a commitment to deliver the highest levels of customer service is how you will build customer success.

    You will be responsible for :

    • Computer services, Laptop services, Networking, Printer services, Software installation, Preventive Maintenance.
    • Install new equipment and to perform checks following installation to ensure that all systems are in working order.
    • Responsible for troubleshooting the problem and assessing whether parts can be repaired or need to be replaced.
    • Understanding the electrical, electronics, mechanical, and pneumatics of systems
    • You will be responsible for supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair, and validation of Agilent systems solutions which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
    • Installation, perform qualifications and optimize hardware/software/network products and method optimization at customer sites.
    • Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.

    Ideal Profile

    • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • You have at least 1 year of experience, ideally within a Network Engineer / Systems Engineer or Service Management role.
    • You have a working knowledge of computer services, laptop services, and Networking
    • Good Personal and professional communication skills
    • Learning attitude
    • Sound Technical knowledge
