    Job Description:

    COEPD is seeking a Front Office Receptionist with excellent communication skills to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position, and we welcome both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience. The role involves managing the front desk and providing efficient customer service to callers and visitors.

    Responsibilities:

    Handle incoming phone calls promptly and transfer them to the appropriate individuals or departments.

    Provide accurate and helpful information to callers and visitors regarding company services, products, and general inquiries.

    Proficiency in using office equipment such as phone systems, printers, and scanners, as well as computer applications like MS Office.

    Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, creating a professional and welcoming environment.

    Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the relevant recipients.

    Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Good Communication Skills are mandatory.

    Ability to use office equipment and computer applications effectively.

    Must be punctual, organized, and possess a friendly demeanor.

    Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

    Shift Timings:

    9:00 AM - 6:00 PM OR 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM OR 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Any shift is fine).
