- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

- Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve the entire client experience.
- Visit clients and attend conferences when necessary.
- Stay up to date with client service best practices and market trends.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
- Contribute to the development of client-servicing strategies.
- Participate in the implementation of new client-servicing technologies and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Client-Servicing Executive or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Understanding of customer relationship management practices.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills. Must have two-wheelers with a driving license.
- Strong English and Nepali communication skills.
- Priority will be given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years' experience in an Advertising/Digital agency.
