    D2C (DirecttoConsumer) OperationsExecutive

    Overview:
    Weare seeking a motivated and detailoriented individual to join ourteam as an EntryLevel D2C Operations Executive.

    This role is anexcellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about ecommerceand eager to learn about the operational aspects of managingdirecttoconsumer channels.

    The EntryLevel D2C Operations Executivewill assist in various aspects of order processing inventorymanagement and customer engagement contributing to the success ofour D2Coperations.


    KeyResponsibilities:

    OrderProcessing:
    Assist in processing incomingorders accurately and efficiently.

    Learn tonavigate the order management system and follow establishedprocedures for order fulfillment ensure orders are processed withinspecified timelines and meet qualitystandards.


    InventoryManagement:
    Support inventory managementactivities including stock replenishment and cyclecounting.
    Learn to maintain accurateinventory records and assist in monitoring stock levels. Assist inidentifying and resolving inventory discrepancies as theyarise.

    LogisticsSupport:
    Aid in coordinating with shippingcarriers to arrange timely shipment of orders. Assist in trackingshipments and updating customers on the status of theirorders.
    Learn to address shippingrelatedissues and communicate effectively with customers regardingdeliveryupdates.

    CustomerEngagement:
    Provide support in responding tocustomer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders shippingor product information.
    Assist in monitoringcustomer feedback and escalating any issues to the appropriate teammembers.

    AdministrativeTasks:
    Assist in maintaining documentationrelated to D2C operations including order records inventory reportsand shipping documents.
    Support team memberswith administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation ofD2Cchannels.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Supply Chain ManagementOperations Management or a relatedfield.
    Previous experience in ecommerceoperations directtoconsumer sales or related fieldspreferred.
    Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret data and make datadrivendecisions.
    Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelyacross teams.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite and experience with ecommerce platforms and inventorymanagement systems preferred.
    Ability tothrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changingpriorities.
    Supportinventory management activities including stock replenishment andcyclecounting.

    Qualifications:
