Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our online educational platform.

As the Digital Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, managing teams across and enhance user Strategy Development:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to achieve growth targets and enhance brand visibility.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.

Content Strategy:

Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for digital channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity.

4) SEO and


SEM:

Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) activities to improve organic search visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions.

Social Media Management:

Manage social media accounts, develop content calendars, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community and drive user engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Budget Management:
Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Master's degree preferred.

• Proven experience (Min 10 years) in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development, campaign management, and performance optimization.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content and effectively communicate ideas.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve goals in a fastpaced environment.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving skills, with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Experience in the education or Edutech industry is a plus.
