    Description

    Primary Skills :

    InterSystems Health connect Expertise :

    • Extensive experience and expertise in Intersystems HealthConnect integration technologies, including in-depth knowledge of Health Connect integration engine, tools, and best practices.
    • Hands on expertise in Intersystem healthconnect/ healthshare/ Ensemble, IRIS, cache sql, cache object script.

    Leadership and Team Management : Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and manage a team of integration- engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and creating a collaborative work environment.

    Integration Strategy and Planning : The ability to develop integration strategies, roadmaps, and prioritise integration projects in- alignment with organizational goals and healthcare industry requirements.


    Healthcare Data Standards :

    In-depth knowledge of healthcare data standards, particularly HL7, and the ability to ensure- compliance with these standards in integration solutions.


    Project Leadership :

    Proven experience in leading integration projects from inception to completion, with a focus- on meeting quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.


    Secondary Skills :

    Technical Guidance :
    Providing technical guidance and support to resolve complex integration challenges,- reviewing and approving integration designs, mappings, and transformations.


    Quality Assurance :

    Ensuring the quality and adherence to industry standards and best practices in all integration- projects, conducting integration reviews, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.


    Stakeholder Communication :

    Effective communication skills to communicate progress, challenges, and project status to- stakeholders and senior management, managing expectations, and providing regular updates.

    Scalability and Performance Optimization : Collaborating with the team to optimize integration solutions for performance and scalability, implementing enhancements to accommodate growing data exchange requirements.
