- Identifyand prioritize target clients within the US staffing marketincluding staffing agencies MSPs (Managed Service Providers) anddirect clients.
- Develop and execute strategicbusiness development plans to achieve sales targets and expand theclient base.
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with key decisionmakers and influencers within targetclient organizations.
- Collaborate withinternal teams to develop customized staffing solutions that alignwith client requirements.
- Prepare and delivercompelling presentations proposals and pitches to prospectiveclients.
- Negotiate contract terms andagreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activitiespipeline status and revenue forecasts to seniormanagement.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing ora related field (MBA preferred).
- Must have 34years of experience working in Business Development.
- Proven track record of success in business developmentwithin the US staffing industry with a minimum of 2 years ofexperience.
- Indepth knowledge of the USstaffing market including industry trends key players andregulatory requirements.
- Strong understandingof different staffing models such as direct hire temporary staffingcontracttohire and MSP/VMS.
- Exceptionalcommunication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving salestargets and driving business growth.
- Highlyorganized with excellent time management skills and the ability toprioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency inCRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
