    Description

    JOB PURPOSE:

    Individually coordinate and participate in technical timesheet accounting activities; participate in the preparation, maintenance, processing, analysis and auditing of manual and automated timesheet data, documentation, information, records, and reports; ensure accuracy and completeness of timesheet entries. JOB DUTIES: Primary accountabilities Collate timesheet entries from all delivery teams weekly and ensure all time entries are as per norms. Document the overall process of creating projects, managing timesheet entries, reports, dashboards. Develop regular project status reports that inform stakeholders about developments, risks, problems, and adjustments to the scope, schedule, and budget Present reports and dashboards on periodic basis with analysis of timesheet data and efficiency Collaborate with accounting team on timesheet data and assist them with generation of proper invoicing formats.

    Key responsibilities:

    Support operational activities such as handling resources, monitoring project timeframes, and organizing diverse teams. Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators. Using various methods/ tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction. Maintenance of the Trackers. Maintaining the integrity of data, Minimizing the data inconsistencies Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends

    Work exp and skills required to qualify for IJP:


    • The incumbent should have the ability to design an interactive dashboard based on the available raw data.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Should be innovative, strategic, and critical in their approach.
    • Adept at queries, report writing and present findings/Insights.
    • Hands on experience on Power BI, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table MS documents/Tools and documentation.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Should have worked with ARi- India for over 4 years and should be at level level 8 or 7
    • Similar experience within ARi will be an added advantage
