Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough client consultations to gain a deep understanding of their property requirements and preferences.
Effectively articulate the benefits and features of our services to clients.
Initiate proactive sales outreach to cultivate relationships with potential clients.
Skillfully manage client needs and negotiate new business agreements to fruition.
Actively pursue business prospects through targeted outreach efforts.
Establish and diligently pursue annual targets and objectives to achieve successful outcomes.
Utilize insightful analysis to identify new opportunities and address business requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.
Ideally possess 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Exceptional customer service skills are highly valued.
