Job responsibilities of ERP Executive

  • Installation of SAP B1 client & ensuring seamless integration with IT systems
  • Backup Management of SAP B1 through Remote Support platform as well through MS SQL
  • Version upgradation in Server & clients
  • Restoration of Live D.B into test D.B.
  • Support to all routine activities of SAP B1 users functionally as well as technically.
  • Coordination with SAP B1 AMC supplier regarding Functional & Technical support
  • Preparation of reports through SQL queries from Front end as well from MS SQL
  • Crystal reports basic tools' usage such as Lay out editing
  • Providing Technical / Functional support & training to end SAP users
  • Performing diagnostic test in Test environment to resolve issues
  • Preparing MIS reports in MS Excel with analysis during the test customization reports preparation
