Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features.

Maintain and contribute to design systems for consistency across platforms.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

UX Design:Design and prototype user interactions and experiences.

Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Collaboration:Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to integrate design into the development process.

Clearly communicate design ideas and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.

Technical Skills:Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.

Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
