    Job Description :

    Responsibilities :

    • Handson experience with any ETL tool like Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Data Lake, Azure Data Factory etc. OR Strong handson experience on Azure, AWS, GCP
    • Write advance and complex SQL queries with solid experience in database management
    • Ability to work effectively as member of a team, with minimal guidance
    • Understand the business requirements and convert them into design
    • Demonstrate decisionmaking, analytical and problem solving abilities
    • Recommend and execute improvements in the end to end data flow and development activities
    • Execute and provide support during testing cycles and postproduction deployment
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage client discussions
    • Basic and Advance SQL


    • ETL tool

    • Azure data factory, Informatica/Alteryx/SSIS/Talend OR Strong handson experience on Azure, AWS, GCP
    • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
    • Ability to work independently in IC role
    • Good understanding of Azure SQL Database
    • Familiarity with Azure DevOps
    • Basic knowledge of GIT / visual Studio.

    • Should be able to communicate with stakeholders directly and independently
    • Should have good problem solving skills

    Candidate Profile :

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
    • 26 years' experience, preferably in insurance analytics
    • Experience in working in dual shore engagement is preferred
    • Must have experience in managing clients directly
    • Superior analytical and problem solving skills
    • Demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to take initiative
    • Strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial handson approach to work
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges
    • Is able to understand cross cultural differences and can work with clients across the globe
