Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of highquality coffee beverages
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Learn about different coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about specialty coffee culture
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
