    Location: Remote

    Salary: 3-4 LPA (All in-hand)

    About Threasury Media:

    At Threasury Media, we are a dynamic advertising agency dedicated to crafting compelling advertising strategies and providing top-tier customer solutions. We're currently looking for a skilled Account Manager or Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us maintain and grow our client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring all their inquiries and needs are promptly addressed.

    Strive to achieve complete customer satisfaction through proactive service.

    Communicate effectively with overseas clients requiring excellent proficiency in English.

    Respond quickly and efficiently to client communications with strong typing skills.

    Analyze client needs and provide strategic advice.

    Maintain a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, with specific expertise in eCommerce and Facebook ads; familiarity with other platforms like Google and Snapchat is a significant plus.

    Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

    Qualifications:

    At least 2 years of experience in Facebook media buying.

    Experience in client relations or account management, particularly in a virtual setting.

    Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity.

    Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

    Extensive knowledge of digital media platforms and online advertising.

    Proactive, team-oriented mindset, with a dedication to continual learning and improvement.
