Description
The role holder may manage a large design team.

They work at senior management level to define and deliver major technical projects/strategies/architectures, demonstrating an understanding of the customers" business and commercial issues and contribute key insights.

Responsible for the creation, iteration, and maintenance of structures such as enterprise and business architectures embodying the key principles, methods and models that describe the organization"s future state, and that enable its evolution.

This typically involves the interpretation of business goals and drivers; the translation of business strategy and objectives into an 'operating model'; the strategic assessment of current capabilities; the identification of required changes in capabilities; and the description of inter-relationships between people, organization, service, process, data, information, technology, and the external environment.


Key Accountabilities

Authority. Complete responsibility for technical input to qualification and business approval meetings, designing larger more complex solutions.

  • Shapes technical proposals to be commercially acceptable to the customer and may make solution/service trade
- offs.

Cost and risk. Defines the approach to larger/more complex solution development and acceptance testing, controlling technical scope and the work of the design team in order to ensure an acceptable cost structure.

Influence. Represents Stefanini at customer forums, conferences, and professional bodies to build Stefanini"s reputation in the market place.

Business development. Establishes customer requirements for a solution building strong relationships and acting as a major influence in the customer choosing Stefanini.

Requirements and design. Contributes to definition of customers" overall IT architecture, designing new solutions of significant size and complexity, and can manage the work of specialists contributing to the design and implementation.


Knowledge re-use. Shares knowledge with colleagues to make a useful contribution to Stefanini"s knowledge base.


Key Performance Indicators

  • Tangible feedback from customers and/or sales that major technical project definitions have influenced investment decisions. Regularly has technical strategies, architectures and proposals, incorporating tradeoffs from the original specification, accepted by the relevant Business Approval review, without any requirement for significant proposal changes.
  • Authors design and test documents for large, complex solution developments, incorporating strategic level risks and remedies and manages a large design team to achieve documented handover criteria.
  • Documented feedback, from customers and/or sales, that IT strategies and architecture for significant areas of the customers" business have been developed as a result of working with the customer to understand their business strategy.
  • Authors high level design documents for major solutions, managing design requirements and implementation teams and maintains an audit trail for an effective design control process.
  • Delivers presentations and 'white papers' on the impact of emerging technologies to senior customer and Stefanini" business representatives.
  • Regular contribution to, and user of, company knowledge repositories and events.

Key Skills & Requirements
-
Expertise in Solutions integrations with technologies like Remote Infrastructure Management, Cloud (AWS), Digital Workplace, Modern Endpoint Management Solutions, AWS WorkSpace etc
along with strong program management experience.

  • Should have very good experience in responding and writing proposals for RFI/RFQ/RFP.
  • Prepare and deliver Statement of Work (SOW) detailing the technical and commercial proposal to the Customers.
  • Work closely with the Sales/Technical/Delivery teams while building the proposal.
Should have very good experience in preparing documents / slide decks for Collaterals.

Case Studies Client / Customer Visits Skill Sets presentation / Business Unit Overview Analyze pre-bid feasibility to deliver cost effective customer/partner solution.


  • Prior Experience of working for Microsoft Solutions/Services. Capable of handling Custom Visits Lead generation and Sales experience is a Plus Key.
Should be willing to work in shifts - timings 2:30 IST to 11:30 IST (Flexible). May be required to support customer meetings in night.
