Description
Overall 7 to 10 years of experience as HCM consultant in Oracle ERP product support / implementation
Should have minimum two end to end project implementation experience and familiar with Oracle Cloud implementation methodology
Functional - Core HCM, Absence Management and ORC.
Ability to lead and articulate end-to-end business processes and the key integration touch points
Should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Should have excellent customer interaction skills
Should have excellent Team Management, Communication and customer interaction skills
