Client Servicing Executive


Location:

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and business objectives. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues.

Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients and accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products or services. Develop account plans, set objectives, and monitor progress to achieve client retention and growth targets.

Client Communication: Communicate proactively with clients to provide updates, share relevant information, and address any concerns or challenges. Deliver exceptional customer service and support to enhance the client experience.

Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage projects, campaigns, or initiatives on behalf of clients, working closely with internal teams such as creative, production, and marketing to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Client Feedback and Insights: Gather feedback from clients on their experiences, preferences, and satisfaction levels. Analyze client data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in service delivery.

Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts. Present additional products, services, or solutions that align with clients' needs and objectives to increase revenue and client value.

Issue Resolution: Address client issues, complaints, or escalations promptly and effectively. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and prevent recurrence to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and performance metrics on client accounts, activities, and outcomes. Analyze data to track client engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship management (CRM), preferably in a clientfacing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Business development: 1 year (preferred)
