PACO MADAMO, a renowned Fast Fashion DTC brand specializing in handbags, accessories and phone cases, is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion and have a strong background in social media management, with a focus on driving engagement and increasing brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on Instagram.
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for daily posts on Instagram.
Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience managing social media accounts, with a focus on Instagram.
Strong understanding of Instagram analytics and engagement metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for social media marketing.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graphic design skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and canva

Familiarity with other social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
