    Designation- HR Executive/Manager

    Location- SBS Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab

    Job Description -

    • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
    • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
    • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, online employment forums, social media, consultants, etc
    • Initial screening of candidates over telephone
    • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
    • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
    • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers & directors
    • Collaborating with department heads to compile a consistent list of requirements
    • Completing paperwork for new hires
