Overview:

As aTelecaller you play a crucial role in an organizations customeracquisition and retention efforts. You will be responsible formaking outbound calls to potential and existing customers topromote products or services answer queries and solve issues. Yourability to effectively communicate and persuade customers willdirectly impact the companys success in achieving sales targets andmaintaining customer satisfaction.

KeyResponsibilities:

Make outbound callsto potential and existing customers
Promoteproducts or services to customers
Answerincoming queries and address customerconcerns
Keep accurate records of customerinteractions and transactions
Follow up oncustomer calls where necessary
Meet or exceedsales targets
Handle customer complaintsprovide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timelimits
Keep abreast of product information andupdates
Research and qualify newleads
Conduct customer surveys to gatherinformation and feedback
Provide feedback onthe efficiency of the customer serviceprocess
Participate in telemarketing and coldcalling activities
Coordinate with the salesteam to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain aprofessional and positive demeanor at alltimes

RequiredQualifications:

High school diplomaor equivalent
Proven experience as a telecalleror similar customer service role
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
Abilityto handle rejection and remain resilient
Strongcustomer focus and adaptability
Good knowledgeof relevant computer programs and telephonesystems
Ability to learn about products andservices and describe/explain them toprospects
Ability to multitask set prioritiesand manage time effectively
Persuasive andgoaloriented
Ability to work well in a teamenvironment

Positive attitude andselfmotivation
Knowledge of sales principlesand methods
Familiarity with CRM systems andpractices
