Position:
Sales Executive - Real Estate


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop tailored sales pitches and proposals.
  • Responsible for negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets and meet revenue objectives
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team to ensure high performance and continued professional development
  • Monitor and analyze sales and market trends, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and other crossfunctional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and expand the customer base.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales executive or managerial role.
  • Preference for candididates from Real Estate Developer Company.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, including knowledge of local regulations, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of sales professionals.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make datadriven decisions to improve sales performance.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus to consistently deliver exceptional sales results and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or related field is preferred.
  • Relevant professional certifications or licenses in real estate sales is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, Kannada, and Malayalam is required, and proficiency in additional languages such as Hindi would be a plus.
  • Valid Indian driving license and familiarity with Bangalore geography and infrastructure.
