    Job Purpose


    We're searching for a top-notch Product Manager (5+ years) to join our team and work on exciting projects for one of our clients.

    If you thrive in the world of customer identities and access management, this could be your perfect match

    Responsibilities:

    Lead the development and execution of CIAM strategies, including B2C Identity as a Service (IdaaS), Social Login, and OAuth integration.

    Design and optimize user flows for sign-up, sign-in, and onboarding experiences across various products, platforms, and operating systems.
    Conduct thorough competitor analysis to refine account creation flows and enhance user experiences.
    Ensure strict compliance with GDPR, cookies regulations, privacy laws, and meticulous handling of PII data flows.
    Utilize APIs and Backend Panels for effective user identity management and access control.
    Implement Role-Based Access Controls (RBACs) on SaaS platforms, establishing access control policies.
    Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clear Acceptance Criteria (ACs) and present sprint outcomes to stakeholders.
    Demonstrate strong project management skills, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.


    Optional:
    Familiarity with the MeConnect system

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
    Minimum 5 years of experience in CIAM implementation and user experience design.
    Expertise in GDPR, privacy laws, and data protection regulations.
    Proficiency in API integration, backend development, and SaaS platforms.
    Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification preferred.


    Desirable:
    Familiarity with the MeConnect system.
