Role Description

Project planning
Agile practice adoption
Global delivery management
Managed 8-to-10-member tech team geographically distributed, composed of backend frontend DevOps prod support testers
Comes with a technical background - been a dev, lead to a TPM
Networking exposure is a plus
Project governance, team management, coordination, ability to prepare decks to showcase business stakeholders' teams progress, deliverables, timesheets
Proactive to validate tech depth, kt adoption, attrition management within his/her team
Good with rally, jira and other PM tools to perform project planning w.r.t velocity, capacity
Good communication
Go getter who gets the job done
