Description

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting academic advisors: Assist academic advisors with tasks like scheduling appointments, gathering student information for counseling plans, and preparing presentations

2. Guiding prospective students: Conduct initial phone consultations with prospective students to understand their academic goals and recommend suitable programs (BBA, BCOM, BBA-IB)

3. Data management: Maintain accurate electronic records of student interactions, update lead lists, and track communication efforts for follow-up

4. Research and reporting: Research scholarship and financial aid opportunities to inform student conversations. Prepare basic reports on outreach activities and potential admissions

5. Liaison and support: Coordinate with campus coordinators to ensure a smooth admissions process for interested students. Assist with scheduling entrance interviews

6. Learning and development: Attend relevant training sessions to gain knowledge of the higher education system, admissions processes, and educational organization's specific programs
