Description

About the internship:

We're looking for interns- Admission Counsellors who are extremely customer-centric and are excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment. As an Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for communicating with prospective learners, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. They must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, able to engage and build long-term relationships with prospects, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing & converting leads for versatile online programs

2. Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat, and social media

3. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline details about lead discussions & conversion should be updated in real-time on CRM software

4. Adhering to the inside sales process, tools, and data management

5. Meeting and overachieving the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as a number of enrolments

6. Handling objections and price negotiation to generate sales revenue

7. Maintaining effective communication till the time the learner is onboard

Essential educational qualifications- A bachelor s degree in commerce/business administration. A master s degree in business administration will be an added advantage.
