    Description

    Tribes is a Rs. 800 crore company in capitalized billing and largest customer experience organization in the country of fully integrated marketing agencies. We have been investing in technology that enables customer experience across OOH, Events, Activation and Retail and have developed solutions and platforms that integrate with our core experiential solutions.     Qualification: Postgraduate /Graduate with additional qualification in Marketing.

    Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of overall experience with proven experience.

    Who We Are Looking For

    The ideal candidate would be responsible to oversee the development, implementation, and successful execution of solutions to meet the needs of the organization or its clients. The role would involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer service, to identify and understand the needs of various stakeholders, and develop effective solutions that address these needs.

    Candidate would also be responsible for planning and executing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    • To develop and to implement strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
    • To identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's customer base.
    • Conduct market research and analyse customer data to inform business decisions.
    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
    • To collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that the company's offerings meet customer needs.
    • To manage a team of professionals responsible for business development and client servicing.
    • Creating and implementing marketing plans to promote the company's products and services.
