Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes.
- Monitor and optimize workflow efficiency to meet performance targets.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline operations and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports for analysis and decisionmaking.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions.
- Manage inventory levels and procurement processes as per demand.
- Assist in training new team members on operational protocols.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Contribute to strategic planning by providing operational insights and recommendations.
- Keep idea of stocks which are there in the office need
- Maintain MIS of all the activities going around in the organization.
- Collaborate with all the teams in case of resolving any issue or completing any task assigned.
Qualifications and Skills required:
- Graduation Degree
- 02 Years of experience
- MS-Office
- MS-Excel
- Positive Approach
- Creative Thinking
- Interpersonal Skills
- Energetic
- Friendly
Working days:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Weekly off:
Sunday
Salary:
₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
