We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire order to cash process including different invoice types (Manual, Consolidated and Automated). In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a fairly highpressure business environment while being a good team player and should have led a team size of ~20 to 25 people._
Responsibilities_
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to O2C domain_

- _Responsible for the day-to-day Media AR Operations._
- _Work primarily in D365, Media Ocean and Netsuite to enter data and generate all necessary reports._
- _Demonstrate multi-tasking ability, keep multiple projects on-track, structuring and executing work._
- _Understands J-Sox and Operational controls and be able to implement controls to prevent any operational failure._
- _Investigate discrepancies in the PO and invoices with disputes._
- _Manage Order to Cash related to dispute management, implement & adhere to strategy_
- _Participate in governance meetings at country / region level; Closely work with the team and ensure right collaboration with the team members properly to meet the deliverables and motivate & help them to develop the process standards_
- _Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects)_
- _Timely and effective communication with internal departments (like sales, Operations, Credit teams) for issue resolution._

- _Work closely with internal teams as needed, including managing discrepancy process with account/media teams._

- _Ensure key information is provided to team regarding billing issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etc._

- _Writes in a clear, compelling, and concise manner_

Qualifications_
Minimum qualifications_

- _B.Com graduation (MBA

Finance preferred)_

- _Relevant work experience in Order to Cash, preferably in Media Industry_

Preferred qualifications_

- _Very Good Written and Verbal Communication skills_
- _Preferable to have practical knowledge of Media Ocean, MS Dynamics

D365, Netsuite, Nexelus._

- _Excellent time management and planning skills._
- _Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities_
- _Drive to achieve results and deliver on goals_
