    The Job

    Job Description:

    • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote banking, financial, and insurance products and services.
    • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions by effectively explaining product features, benefits, and pricing.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls and proactive communication.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
    • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.

    The Profile

    • You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry industry.
    • You have working knowledge of convincing skills, communication skills, telesales, telemarketing, business development executive and sales
    • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
