    This is a non-exempt-level position.

    Position Summary:

    • The role is based in Gurgaon(Deli), India, working closely with Global Security APAC and EMEA teams.
    • This role is responsible for understanding and identifying the nexus between world events, local incidents, and their impact on colleagues and operations in the EMEA and APAC regions.
    • This will include gathering & analyzing risk-related intelligence information to evaluate & anticipate risks related to security or disruptive incidents impacting ADM's personnel, operations, and reputation.
    • This position will create & maintain accurate & timely notifications and/or briefings to be distributed to global security regional leadership or company stakeholders.
    • Additional support will include a variety of global security initiatives including direct involvement and support of travel risk management, business continuity, and physical security programs as well as reporting & analytics.
    • The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills is curious, self-motivated, and energetic, and can work independently and also contribute to a team environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Protective Intelligence:

    • Monitor global events and local incidents and identify potential impacts on ADM colleagues, travelers, and business operations.
    • Work with operations and facilities to identify and understand concerns; notify management of the potential impact of events and incidents.
    • Create intelligence reports and products as needed.

    Travel Security:

    • Provide travel security support to colleagues, including managing the travel process at the regional level, preparing risk assessments, and monitoring high-risk travel.
    • Assist in the administration of the travel security program and reach out to travelers as needed.

    Business Continuity & Resilience:

    • Assist in the development and updating of business continuity plans and strategies.
    • Understand the company's operations, processes, and footprint in order to identify potential disruptions from global and local events.
    • Work with operations and facilities to identify and mitigate incident impacts.

    Crisis Management:

    • Support the crisis management team through the development, maintenance, and testing of crisis support plans.
    • Assist in managing crisis incidents.

    Additional Job Responsibilities

    • Liaise with regional security teams and business units in the APAC and EMEA regions.
    • Support physical security and site security review-related tasks as needed.
    • Assist with the production of the quarterly and yearly Global Security reports.
    • Support other regional analysts during peak workloads or in times of need.
    • Conduct data analysis to understand security metrics, travel footprint, etc.
    • Conduct training for internal colleagues on a variety of security-related topics;
    • Research projects and provide management with key findings.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of related professional experience in the security industry;
    • Fluency in written and verbal English, additional language capabilities a plus;
    • Excellent writing and communication skills;
    • Adept at research;
    • Possesses intellectual curiosity and a desire for continuous improvement;
    • Self-starter/strong initiative to initiate and drive projects;
    • Ability to lead and manage projects;
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
    • Ability to work with people across cultures and time zones from all ranks within the company;
    • Ability to analyze data;
    • Possession of a valid driver's license;
    • Be able to move around the plants' environments;
    • Availability to travel domestically or internationally per needs, sometimes on short notice;
    • Technically proficient and able to learn new tools and skills.
