    Description

    Sales CycleResponsibilities:

    Developand maintain a CRM or contact managementdatabase.

    Maintain a detailedpipeline of prospects and conduct followup calls and activities asneeded.

    Prepare and present bimonthlysynopses of prospect activity.

    Managecompany profile and portfolio with software and businesspartners.

    Schedule regular meetingsand track progress with software partners/business partners accountmanagers through collaboration in marketing and networking eventsenhancing partnership benefits.

    Manage company BD user profile on LinkedIn andnetwork.

    Prepare quarterly roadmapsto increase footfall inquiries and engagement on the websitecompany partner profiles and publicplatforms.

    Track and follow up onquarterly targets.

    Manage CRM toolwith accurate and timely data and lead statusupdates.

    Screen and qualify newprospects track lead generation engagement and conversion ratio ona monthly basis.

    Coordinate andschedule sales/prospect meetings asrequired.

    Maintain a calendar ofcalls and meetings for the Partnership Manager andCEO.

    Prepare proposal templates andmail proposals.

    Maintain the pipelineto track all delivered proposals and theirstatus.

    Follow up on deliveredproposals as assigned.

    Track andreport on reasons for lost proposals.

    Coordinate and manage the fulfillment of engagements after a saleis closed including setting up clients in the firms billing systemand coordinating with billing.

    Prepare and coordinate correspondence andmailings.

    Place followup calls onmarketing and sales literature mailed out; report to thePartnership Manager MD andCEO.

    MarketingCampaigns & ActivitiesResponsibilities:

    Coordinate marketing activities including direct mail campaignstrade shows seminars speaking engagements press releases andadvertising.

    Maintain inventory ofpromotional materials such as brochures flyers andgiveaways.

    Coordinate the mailing anddistribution of promotionalmaterials.

    Manage external vendorsincluding content writers designers printers mailing houses andmarketing agencies.

    Maintain thefirms marketing calendar tracking the progress budget status andresults of each marketing campaign.

    Ensure the firms website information is current andaccessible.

    Write collateralmaterials such as manager and partner bios PDF flyers and othermaterials as necessary with the assistance of outside vendors whenappropriate.

    Own schedule and writerecaps for monthly marketingmeetings.



    Bachelor s degree in business administration, OperationsManagement, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience(5+ years) in operations management within the outsourcingindustry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellentproblem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen andstrategic thinking.
