Responsibilities:

Social Media:

Assist in creating, planning, and executing engaging content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and highquality customer service.
Conduct regular social media audits and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns and promotions, working closely with the marketing team.
Stay uptodate with social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with internal departments and team members to gather relevant content and information for social media posts.
Perform basic graphic design tasks using tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing content.

SEO:

Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and other content.
Conduct online research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience insights to inform marketing strategies and content creation.
Create and present clear and concise reports based on research findings and campaign performance data, to assist the marketing team in decisionmaking and strategy development.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Conduct thorough research to identify relevant websites and online platforms for linkbuilding opportunities.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
12 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in popular social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.
Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and trends.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data and create informative reports.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in the everchanging digital marketing landscape.
