- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to brainstorm new products, features, and functionalities that enhance our user experience.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate user goals into elegant, practical designs.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps; design graphic user interface elements.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate site functionality and appearance.
- Create high fidelity wireframes and prototypes for both UI and UX aspects.
- Map user flows, produce consistent wireframes, and detailed mockups to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct user experience research and apply insights to generate designs that are both functional and visually compelling.
- Ensure designs and user interfaces communicate consistent, effective experiences across all platforms, aligning with core site and branding strategy.
- A Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years in UX design, including working with agile development teams, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Solid knowledge of UI and graphic design principles, UX methodologies, and responsive design.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with WordPress and video-based platforms is a plus.
