  • 12 YEARS AS A TICKETING EXECUTIVE OR RELATED

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
- proficiency in using ticketing software

PROFILE INTRODUCTION:


PROFILE RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Process ticket reservations, changes, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Coordinate with airlines, travel agencies, and other relevant parties to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries for future reference and analysis.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new travel products, and services to provide customers with the most relevant and uptodate information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and contribute to the achievement of company goals and objectives.
  • Handle any additional administrative tasks related to ticketing and reservations as assigned by the management.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven work experience in a similar role within the travel industry, preferably in ticketing and reservations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fastpaced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of airline policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends if required.

Salary:

₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
