    Description

    Location: Andheri (W), Mumbai (Onsite Position)

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies for a key account in the Real Estate, Education, and FMCG sectors, focusing on lead generation and conversions for high-ticket properties.

    Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.

    Collaborate closely with the client to understand their brand identity, business objectives, and target audience, and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

    Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the Indian real estate industry.

    Develop brand positioning and messaging strategies that resonate with the target audience and differentiate the client's offerings in the market.

    Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies to enhance results.

    Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with overall business goals.

    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and real estate to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in marketing or real estate is a plus.

    Proven experience in performance marketing, brand strategy, and lead generation campaigns, preferably in the real estate sector.

    In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

    Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving innovation and achieving results in a competitive market.

    Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs and industry trends.

    Must be willing to work onsite at our office in Andheri (W), Mumbai, and collaborate with the team in person on a regular basis.
