Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our product.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Understanding of construction products and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resultoriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bangalore and surrounding areas.

Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
