KEY PURPOSE


The role of a Home Installation executive is to familiarize the customer with all features and operating controls by giving an exhaustive demonstration of the vehicle at the customer's door step after the delivery.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Will confirm the appointment date and time of HI with customer.
  • Will explain the working of all available features in the vehicle.
  • Will explain the emergency handling points, Safety Zones and features, Service intervals and maintenance schedule, Toll free helpline contact numbers of M&M and dealership.
  • Will take the feedback post Home Installation from the customer.
  • Will report to SSI Champion and ICRE in case of any concern reported by customer.

SKILLS REQUIREMENT

  • Must have good technical knowledge.
  • Must be presentable and well groomed.
  • Should be very hospitable.
  • Must be punctual.
  • Should be good in public relations.
  • Should be well versed in local as well as English/ Hindi Language.

EDUCATION

  • ITI / Diploma holder / Graduate

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Technical functions.
  • Knowledge about automobile industry is must.

Salary:
From ₹12,000.00 per month
